What are therapy appointments like?

  • Sessions last 1 hour.

  • During our first few visits together, I’ll ask questions that help me get to know you better. 

How does Teletherapy (online therapy) work?

  • When you book with me, an email will be sent to you. It will give you our session's time, date, and Zoom link.

  • At the time of our session, you click on the link, and voila, you’re in a secure online “room.”

  • For our time together, make sure you’re in a quiet place where you feel safe sharing with me.

  • Confidentiality is key.

  • Connection is also important: find a location with a strong internet connection. 

Where are you located?

  • I’m based in San Antonio, TX, but I see clients all over the Lone Star State.

What are your fees?

  • I charge $150/hr and only accept private pay.

  • I will provide you with a superbill for insurance reimbursement upon request. 

What is your cancellation policy?

  • My time is valuable. So is yours. Therefore, cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of an appointment time will be charged the full amount of the session because I have reserved the time for us.
