Let’s address what’s causing you concern.

What do you want from therapy?

What do you want to accomplish?

How do you want your life to look?

To heal from trauma, it is important to be aware of your trauma,
to know your triggers, and to understand your reactions.

It is also important to know what your goal in therapy will be?

  • Is it to tell your story?

  • To create awareness?

  • To be at peace?

I welcome a call from you when the time is right–when you’re ready to get started on this thing called “healing.”

When do we know when therapy is over?

You will feel more confident and find a greater sense of peace with the skills to avoid reacting to the stressors and triggers from your life in a negative fashion. With a unique tool-kit designed just for you, handling life’s ups and downs become easier, more intuitive.

I welcome returns and regular “tune-ups” as they are needed from time-to-time.

No Insurance = No Diagnosis

Insurance companies require a diagnosis to complete a claim for reimbursement or payment.

I feel that diagnosis infringes on your right to privacy. In addition, insurance can limit the number of sessions you’re allowed to have. I believe the client should have as many sessions as needed, without someone who doesn’t understand the situation telling you it’s time to stop.

GOOD NEWS: use flex or a healthcare savings account to pay for mental health services (tax-free!)

60-minute teletherapy sessions = $150

Teletherapy is more in demand than ever due to the need for flexibility and convenience. Many times, it is easier for clients to meet virtually over their lunch hour (on a secure platform with a computer, laptop, phone, or tablet) instead of fighting traffic. Or maybe you want to have your furry friend in your lap as we talk—but online therapy works and it is the only option offered by this practice.
